NVIT has suspended the intake of international students except for students from the Indigenous Peoples in accordance with UNDRIP.

BC has implemented federal changes to international admissions, requiring Provincial Attestation Letters for new study permit applications. Every BC post-secondary institution receives a Provincial Attestation Letter allocation. NVIT’s allocation is ‘0’ for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year, and therefore we cannot accommodate new applications from international applicants at this time.
