NVIT’s student housing, located at the Merritt Campus, consists of two buildings with 32 individual units and four two-bedroom suites, accommodating between 72 and 80 students.

Creating New Spaces
Expansion Project
In 2024, the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills approved a capital project to expand student housing at the Merritt Campus. This project includes additional family housing and a daycare space. Construction is currently underway, with an estimated completion in Fall 2026.
